Tanner Camp has implemented several new additions to encourage youth leaders to provide a meaningful spiritual experience for their youth

Hill Cumorah

• This site is near the summit of one of the high ridges in the lower camp

• The view from here encompasses both the East and West end of Lake Wabamun

• The site is a 4-minute walk from the challenge course or 10 minutes from the Lodge

• It is a strenuous, somewhat steep climb, but it does not require any rope assistance

• Moroni’s box can be equipped with the appropriate contents

• This amenity is appropriate for groups up to 20 campers at once

• This site consists of a 150-meter-long narrow path complete with a simulated iron rod that leads to a tree of life, which is surrounded by a natural green discussion site for up to 20 campers at a time

• This site is an easy 8-minute walk from the Lodge in a quiet, low traffic area
